New for the 2018 season we are offering a promotion if customers book directly through our website instead of reserving through Expedia or one of their travel partners such as Hotels.com or Orbitz.
We like to build strong relationships with our customers which is difficult to do when their bookings come through 3rd party channels. We’re hoping that this new program will encourage customers to get to know us better by coming straight to us for their reservation.
We are still in the process of creating the packages we’ll be offering, so the specific details may change in the coming months, but we want to reward guests by coming directly to us with valuable rewards.
Guests, who book at least 30 days in advance by going through our website will qualify automatically for our “Book Direct Package.”
The length of stay of your reservation will determine which package will be applied. The longer your stay, the better the package.
Currently, the package components under consideration include two tickets to the Alaska SeaLife Center (ASLC) for bookings of 2-3 nights. This package is a value of approximately $50. Reservations for more than three nights would include the two tickets to the ASLC and an additional voucher. The extra coupon will likely be for a discount at a local eatery valued at $20 (we are hoping The Cookery!)
If you stay with us for one night that you book directly, you’ll receive one ticket to the ASLC for a value of $25.
